The location is quiet, to patnem beachfront. The room is comfy, air-conditioned and has garden views. Staff is very very helpful and superfriendly and you can park your car on site.

I recently stayed at this lovely cottage near the beach for my honeymoon. The service was outstanding, especially Sairaj who went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests. The room was beautifully decorated, and we were amazed by his work. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a shop nearby for all your essentials. Prompt delivery of food and other items was also a great convenience. a comfortable and memorable stay.

dusty floors and messy toilet.

The room and bed were outstanding! the bathroom was huge and had good facilities. Plus, the beach was just a 3-minute walk away, making it super convenient. I also loved that the property was quiet, giving me a peaceful and relaxing holiday experience.

The cleanliness of the room was a letdown. the floor was dusty, and the toilet was not in the best condition.
